We are looking for a Test Engineer with broad experience in electric/hybrid vehicles for drive units and charging systems.

Responsibilities include :
- Dynamometer operation and maintenance, Dyne data collection to support motor controls development with motor controls engineer, support and maintain motor controls configuration management.
- Capability to develop and operate test console (LabVIEW and Python control program) for Motor Dynamometer and other test setups.
- Support DVP&Rs (Design Verification Plan and Report) and conduct thermal and vibration tests to evaluate if hardware meets acceptance test criteria. Analyze and review data to ensure that hardware is operating as expected utilizing numerical data analysis tools to interpret test results. Document results and provide reports.
- Coordinate with design and controls engineers to highlight problems and suggest areas for improvement.
- Develop novel ways to streamline processes and increase the reliability of testing operations.
- Develop and Implement standard practices for specifying new and upgraded equipment.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years minimum test experience.
- Hands-on test facility experience including dynamometer testing, building circuits and wire harnesses if needed
- Able to work with minimal supervision and committed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills (verbal and written) for interfacing with other employees and customers
- Familiar with the use of basic lab equipment including oscilloscope, function generator, counters and network analyzer, as well as tools to construct and modify circuits during design debug

Preferred qualifications/skills:
- Experience with electric vehicles and/or automotive products a plus.
- Familiar with automotive power electronics, power supplies both high and low voltage.
- Experience with automotive regulatory, environmental, reliability, and safety requirements is a plus. SAE, IEC, ISO, China standards.
- Experience with Software: LabView, Matlab/Simulink, PSpice, MS office.
- Experience with Programming: C, Assembly, Python language.
- Experience with taking products through development cycle to full volume production.
- Basic experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Able to travel up to 10%

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Embedded Software Engineer with broad experience in electric/hybrid vehicles for drive units and charging systems.

Responsibilities include :
- Development, testing, and diagnostics of electric vehicle embedded software for drive units and chargers.
- Participate in review of SRS (Software Requirements Specification) for design and code development.
- Definition of software algorithms and documentation for software development.
- Implement software, test, review and troubleshoot.
- C/ C++ programming utilizing generated and/or hand coding.
- Cross functional communication for interfaces between hardware and software to meet operational and performance requirements of the overall system.

Minimum qualifications:
- MS Engineering with 5 years relevant industry experience or BSEE, ME or Computer Engineering with 7 years of automotive industry experience.
- Experience with safety critical embedded software development practices and process.
- Experience with 32bit DSP's, microcontrollers and associated development tools
- Excellent communication skills; Self-starter.

Preferred qualifications/skills:
- Proficient in development and testing of device drivers for CAN, SPI, SCI, I2C, ADC, etc. for Electric/hybrid vehicle software a plus.
- Experience with at least one scripting language; Python a plus.
- Experience in CAN based analysis tools and protocols such as CCP/XCP.
- Experience with computer-aided design tools for simulation, such as MATLAB/Simulink/RTW/Stateflow.
- Understand the fundamental aspects of microprocessors/DSPs and the development tools: such as memory model, interrupt structure and compiler/linker optimization.
- Understanding of code review process, code coverage analysis, source control aspects of the software development process. ISO26262 experience and MISRA C a plus.
- Experience with the Software V-Model and SPICE, CMMI (or equivalent) is desired.
- Understanding of basic electronics circuitry for drive units.
- Design experience with Vector tools.
- Able to travel up to 10%.

We are looking for a Senior Power Electronics Engineer with broad experience in power electronics and motor drive control.

Responsibilities include :
- Circuit design, analysis, prototyping and testing of high voltage power electronics (motor drives, dc-dc converters and battery chargers).
- Researching and specifying electrical components, schematic drawing, PCB layout, design for environmental and EMI/EMC certification process and interfacing with other functional teams within the organization.
- Controls/Software development for inverter, charger, and DC to DC converters experience.
- Design inverter, charger, and DC to DC converters topologies.

Minimum qualifications:
- MSEE with 3 years industry experience or BSEE, ME or Physics with 6 years of industry experience.
- Deep knowledge of IGBT and MOSFET power and drive circuits and control system design.
- Experience with design, analysis and test of high voltage switch-mode power supplies, battery chargers and/or motor inverters.
- Experience with magnetics design (transformers and inductors) and power electronics thermal analysis.
- Experience with computer-aided design tools for simulation, schematic and PCB design.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC mechanisms and mitigation.
- Understanding of design for manufacturing principles.
- Understanding of electrical safety and environmental standards and certification process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to travel up to 10% domestic and international.

Preferred qualifications/skills:
- Experience with electric vehicles and/or automotive products is a plus. Embedded processor h/w and s/w design is a plus.
- MatLab-Simulink.
- Altium circuit design.
- Circuit Simulation: spice.
- Programming Languages: C, Assembler, Visual C++.
