Suzhou E.Motor Semiconductor Technology Co. Ltd
The Suzhou production site is located on the 2nd floor of Building 4, 3E Industrial Park, Suxiang Cooperation District, Suzhou City, a national economic development zone. The first phase of the area will be an automated production line with a capacity of 300,000 modules and 100,000 IPUs, ready for mass production in May 2021. The production line is compatible with the production of IGBT and SIC modules.
Based on the concept of high-end intelligent and innovative manufacturing, the production line automation rate at Suzhou production site has reached 85%, which is at the leading level in Chinese industry. The module assembly line requires 3 direct production personnel for a single shift, 8 direct production personnel for a single shift of the power board welding production line, and only 11 direct production personnel required for two production lines in a single shift. There are multiple laboratories and analysis rooms equipped onsite.
